Klar, du hast Recht: Volatus möchte auf der HV zunächst den RS bewilligt bekommen, erfolgen könnte er auch viel später. Das Interesse der institutionellen Anleger, hier zu investieren, scheint mir eine Kernfrage zu sein. Falls der eine oder andere einen nennenswerten prozentualen Anteil am Unternehmen erwirbt, wird er schon aus Eigeninteresse heraus Volatus in Fonds und ETFs platzieren. Doch nicht, solange Volatus noch nicht an der Toronto Stock Exchange ist. Ich vermute, das wird eben erst nach dem RS geschehen. Alles braucht seine Zeit. Ich trinke bis dahin Tee 🍵 mit kanadischem Ahornsirup 🍯. 😀
