vTV Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ: VTVT) gab heute den Abschluss von Vereinbarungen bekannt, die eine Investition von 25 Millionen US-Dollar durch G42 Investments AI Holding RSC Ltd ("G42 Investments") beinhalten. Gemäß den Bedingungen der Vereinbarungen erwarb G42 Investments 10.386.274 Stammaktien der Klasse A von vTv zu einem Ausgabepreis von 2,407 $ pro Aktie, wobei 12,5 Millionen $ bei Abschluss in bar bezahlt wurden....

Bald beginnen wohl die PIII's bzgl. Typ-1 Diabetes welche für Anfang 2022 angekündigt waren.... dies gibt vtv vorab bereits alsbald Schwung um die 1$ Schwelle hintersich zu lassen...🙂
