Dear Investors: I am sending you this email as our first 2022 update; and we did make progress during the holiday season. To confirm, the shareholder class action lawsuit is currently against Wayland Group (its ghost for lack of better words), Benjamin Ward, and certain investment banks that sold Wayland's securities on October 1 and October 24, 2018. The class action lawsuit seeks to protect (recover money) for shares purchased between January 24, 2018 and April 23, 2019. First, the Stay of Litigation has expired and we may add claims against Messrs. Muller, Pathak, and Stein. They are being represented by the law firm known as Oslers (Toronto office). Second, Benjamin Ward has continued to avoid being served with the claim despite being represented by a lawyer in Toronto to defend him in the litigation with the Ontario Securities Commission (not relating to Wayland Group). Third, last summer we filed a request to the Ontario Securities Commission to produce all its correspondences between it and Wayland Group, which we understand there were many relating to Wayland being unable to file its 2019/2020 financial statements and MNP LLP walking away from being its auditor. So far, the Securities Commission has not provided us with any documents but, rather (in my opinion) the run-around. Fourth, MNP LLP has agreed to produce certain documents to us relating to why it walked away from Wayland Group as a client but this has not happened as of yet. The Court has been notified of this event. Fifth, no lawyer or law firm has stepped forward to represent Wayland Group's ghost. There are D & O Insurance lawyers but they have not appointed any litigation lawyers. The Court has been notified of this situation. @Fubbi90, weil ich gerade hohe Gewinne realisiert haben und somit alles geltend machen konnte steuerlich ;) Und das Wayland tot ist müsste doch klar sein, da kommt kein Comeback. Es wurde einfach noch nicht vollständig abgewickelt wie bei Wirecard.

@Kelle1, für mich hat das meine Bank gemacht. Dazu haben die meine Aktien quasi für 0.00000000001 Cent abgekauft. Würde einfach deinen Bankberater kontaktieren das du dass machen willst, oder deinen Broker.

O long Johnsen, wie und wo hast du die volle Summe den steuerlich geltend machen können? Würde das mit meinen Aktien auch gerne machen. Nach meinem Wissen müssen die Aktien aus dem Depot heraus handelbar sein, um die negativen Aktieneinnahmen dem Verlustverrechnungstopf gutschreiben zu lassen.

Das kannst du aber immer noch irgendwann tun. Warum freiwillig machen?

@Fubbi90, wenn du Gewinne hast kannst du mit diesem Wertlosem Schrott immerhin die Steuern zurück holen, Kest Verlustausgleich heißt das bei uns in Ösistan ;)

meine Wayland wurden bereits Wertlos Ausgebucht, habe immerhin die volle Summer steuerlich geltend gemacht, somit nur 66% Verlust ;)

Und wieso sollte ich es als wertlos ausbuchen?? Was hab ich davon? Dann kann ich es auch drin lassen und hoffen. So einen Quatsch hab ich selten gehört

Das wäre der positivste Ausgang der Geschichte. Würde es sofort für 0,001€ verkaufen wenn ich dann den Verlust auch steuerlich geltend machen könnte. Wahrscheinlich bleibt die Leiche noch Jahre im Depot...

Lasst es im Depot liegen, vielleicht wird der Börsenmantel übernommen, dann kann man zumindest für paar Cent verkaufen und hat die Steuergutschrift.

Diese pleite hier ist definitiv am Ende... würde mich nur freuen wenn ich sie endlich ausbuchen und als Verluste angerechnet bekomme

Wo steht das explizit. Weder tot noch lebendig. Also Mal schauen. Tut ja net weh liegen zu lassen. Das Geld ist dann sowieso weg. Und Verluste verbuchen kannste immer noch
