Verlorenes Chips Act würde eher zutreffen. Alles andere finde ich persönlich unrealistisch. Warum sollten sie sonst in der Konferenz sagen dass sie bald Profitabilität erreichen und dann chapter 11 danach beantragen, das wäre übelste Manipulation und würde etliche Klagen nach sich ziehen
