Ich glaube ja, denn die Enteignung liegt ja bei 99,99142%🤮🤬🤮

In meinem Depot stehen grad +28k Euro. Immerhin sieht es kurz mal toll aus. Nach der Umstellung werde ich wohl weinen 🤣

Ok, hatte ich wohl überlesen, also 25,84 Mio shares im free float (Streubesitz) oder sind die Institutionellen da mit drin?! Vorher gab es gesamt 156Mio Anteile von denen 1,3Mio bei den Kleinaktionären übriggeblieben sind!! Sehr diffus🤔🤷‍♂️

The company issued new shares without changing its ticker symbol. As of Monday, Wolfspeed had a new float of roughly 25.84 million. This compares to a previous 156.48 million shares for the old listing. On September 29, 2025, Wolfspeed cancelled all previously issued and outstanding shares of its common stock. Existing common stockholders received a pro rata share of 1,306,903 new shares at an exchange ratio of 0.008352. If certain regulatory milestones are achieved before the Regulatory Trigger Deadline, stockholders will receive an additional 871,287 shares, totaling 2,178,190 shares at a consolidated exchange ratio of 0.013920. If the deadline occurs without achieving these milestones, no additional shares will be distributed. Ich finde unterschiedliche Angaben aus den Announcements.

Moin, danke für die Antwort, aber das ist ja nur der max Anteil der Altaktionäre, denn sonst wäre ja bei dem jetzigen Kurs von 30$ die Firma nur noch 63Mio wert🤔
