Das geht auch nicht !!!!..... und.... may, upon providing written notice to the holders of the Warrants, accelerate ( beschleunigen) the expiry date of the Warrants to a date that is 10 days following the date of such notice.....auch nicht..auch hier hätte die 0,47 erreicht werden müssen bzw muss erreicht werden...

könnte es nicht darauf hinauslaufen, dass man Updates.....bestenfalls welche die richtig positiv aufgenommen werden, noch ein bisschen nach hinten verschiebt und so lange wie möglich verzögert. Bei mir sind immer noch die Warrants im Kopf die im Januar fällig werden können. Man möchte vielleicht auch nicht das der Kurs nach oben ausbricht .......schließlich sind es nur mehr 18 Handelstage im Januar
Each Unit was comprised of one common share in the capital of the Company (each, a "Common Share") and one Common Share purchase warrant (each, a "Warrant"). Each Warrant entitles the holder thereof to acquire one Common Share at an exercise price of $0.30 for a period of 24 months following the completion of the Offering, provided, however, that if the daily volume weighted average trading price of Common Shares on the Toronto Stock Exchange for any 10 consecutive trading days equals or exceeds $0.47, the Company may, upon providing written notice to the holders of the Warrants, accelerate the expiry date of the Warrants to a date that is 10 days following the date of such notice.

So langsam komme ich mir hier vor, wie auf dem Bau. Frei nach dem Motto, was nicht passt wird passend gemacht. Alles was irgendwie positiv für Wonderfi sein könnte, wird auch sofort so hineininterpretiert. Dabei sollten wir laut den größten Experten hier bereits vor einem Jahr bei Kursen von 2, 3 oder 4 Euro stehen. Wird langsam lächerlich.

Guten Morgen zum Jahr 2025. Trudeau ist zurück getreten. Nun besteht die Hoffnung ( siehe auch wonderfi auf Instagram,) dass ein krypto freundlicher präsident an die Macht kommt, dies auch im Zusammenhang mit den USA und die Regularien auf ein vernünftiges Mass reduziert werden bzw neue Regulierungen den Markt in Canada nicht abwürgen. Ich hatte gestern ein Gespräch mit einem Freund aus dem Finanzwesen in Canada. Er hat über die extrem konservative Einstellung der Banken gegenüber Cryptos berichtet, dies auch weil das Gesamtgerüst der Regularien nicht überschaut werden kann. Die Firma habe ich angeschrieben warum die letzen news vom 3.12.2024 sind ,die Firma extrem ruhig ist und ob wir mehrere signifikante news im ersten Quartal erwarten können..
