Ich habe einen ganz ganz dicken angeschwollen Hals bei der Aktion den die abziehen. Ich fürchte nur das da nichts kommt. Charly hat die Mail noch in seiner Arbeitszeit bekommen aber nicht reagiert. Bei der ersten Mail kam die standardisierte Rückmeldung. Wer jetzt verkauft ist entweder im Plus oder begeht genauso Betrug am Anleger
Keine Antwort? Wirst dann wohl Recht haben. *Galgenhumor: Ist aus Sicht des WF Managements ja auch wirklich lästig, dass die Aktionäre nicht mal stillhalten, während sie enteignet werden. Da reagiert man besser erst gar nicht auf unangenehme Fragen.

Lieber Charly,
Dies ist nicht die Antwort, die ich - und viele andere Aktionäre - erwartet hatte. Eine beträchtliche Anzahl von Investoren vertrauen in Wonderfi, weil sie an das langfristige Potenzial und das Wachstum des Unternehmens glaubten und häufig zu viel höheren Preisen einkaufen als diejenigen, die jetzt diskutiert werden.
Die Tatsache, dass das Management jetzt offenbar bereit ist, das Unternehmen mit einer wesentlich geringeren Bewertung zu verkaufen, wirft ernsthafte Bedenken auf.
Diese Entwicklung untergräbt nicht nur das Vertrauen des Aktionärs, sondern könnte auch als Handeln gegen Aktionärsinteressen angesehen werden. Wenn die vorgeschlagene Transaktion in dieser Form vorliegt, sollte der Rechtsberater potenzielle Maßnahmen zum Schutz der Aktionärsrechte überprüfen.
Bitte überdenken Sie diese Vorgehensweise im Interesse von Fairness und Transparenz

Dear Charly,
This is not the response I – and many other shareholders – were expecting. A significant number of investors put their trust in WonderFi because they believed in the company’s long-term potential and growth, often buying in at much higher prices than those being discussed now.
The fact that management is now apparently prepared to sell the company at a substantially lower valuation raises serious concerns.
This development not only undermines shareholder confidence but could also be seen as acting against shareholder interests. If the proposed transaction goes forward in this form, I believe legal counsel should review potential actions to protect shareholder rights.
Please reconsider this course of action in the interest of fairness and transparency.

One thing to note is that Mogo announced that they will be supporting the transaction in this press release

Ich denke, alles hängt mit allem zusammen. Wonderfi zu verschleudern macht nur Sinn wenn Charly, Dean & Co einen Mehrwert genießen. Vermutlich geht mehr unter der Hand als öffentlich. Entweder durch sehr gut bezahlte Jobs oder in Form von "Sonderzahlungen".
Deshalb wurde der Kurs trotz der guten Zahlen möglichst "klein" gehalten um die Übernahme so günstig wie möglich zu gestalten.
Wir werden es nie erfahren. Es sei denn keiner gibt seine Anteile ab. Dann geraten sie in zugzwang

Wir werden im Rundschreiben weitere Informationen über die Entscheidung zur Unterstützung der Transaktion haben, die weit vor dem geplanten Treffen ausfallen wird.
Eine Sache zu beachten ist, dass Mogo angekündigt hat, dass sie die Transaktion in dieser Pressemitteilung unterstützen werden

Given that numerous major shareholder, including Mogo Inc. and KAOS Capital, have rejected Robinhood’s takeover offer as significantly undervalued and feel betrayed in their trust in the company’s leadership: Why does WonderFi’s management still consider this offer acceptable and worth supporting? Are there strategic considerations, internal pressures, or possibly personal interests driving this decision? And how does the management justify its stance to shareholders, whose interests it is fundamentally supposed to represent?”
