Amazon (AMZN) plant, seinen asiatischen Betrieb nach der Unterzeichnung eines Mietvertrags für etwa 369.000 Quadratfuß in Marina Bay, Singapur, zu erweitern. Laut Business Times umfasst der neue Mietvertrag bei IOI Central Boulevard Towers 70.000 Quadratfuß Bürofläche in Entwicklung und 9 Büroebenen von 25.400 Quadratfuß. Das Projekt, das im Oktober nächsten Jahres abgeschlossen werden soll, wird auch 40 Büroetagen umfassen.
