Mist, kein fairer Zug von South... Da sollen wohl Family and Friends profitieren, und nun ist mein Durchschnits-EK auch schon über dem SP, sodass ich nun denke ich ziemlich lange warten muss, bis sich die lage hier stabilisiert hat. Naja, gut habe ich mich diversifiziert.

Ich bin hier raus. Nachdem man sich erst vor 6 Wochen 6,4 Mio CAD mit 16 Mio neuen Aktien per Privatplatzierung besorgt hat sollen es nun weitere 4,6 Mio CAD mit 7,65 Mio neuer Aktien sein, wobei die Konditionen für die Altaktionäre auch noch ungünstig sind. Tolles Projekt, aber bei solchen Finanzgebahren sollen offenbar nicht die Altaktionäre sondern andere Leute den Rahm abschöpfen.

Each unit will comprise one common share and one transferable common share purchase warrant. Each warrant will allow the holder to purchase one share of the company at a price of 75 cents per share for a period of three years from the date of closing of the private placement. The private placement remains subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. Proceeds of the private placement will be used to advance the company's HMN lithium project, located in Salta province, Argentina, and for general working capital purposes. Finders' fees may be payable to qualified parties in accordance with the policies of the exchange. All securities issued will be subject to a four-month hold period and the exchange hold period. Digital marketing program The company is entering into an agreement with Maynard Communications Ltd. to provide digital advertising, multimedia services and brand marketing. The six-month term allows for a budget of $850,000.

Klar Gewinnmitnahmen Aber lâuft trotzdem Stabil/Gesund

Wenns bei 0,2 EUR einfach nachkaufen. Nicht unwahrscheinlich das es dann 2022 irgendwann nochmal auf 0,8 steigt.
