Die Youtuber 'Aktienfinder' und 'Adam Khoo' hatten jeweils ein Video über ihren Verkauf von Tencent gemacht. Aufgrund der neuen Gaming-Regulierung und weil China "unvorhersehbar" ist. Meiner Meinung lassen sich die beiden viel zu sehr von Nachrichten manipulieren. Ich denke es ist von Vorteil wenn man sein Unternehmen beobachtet, wie es darauf reagiert, anstatt panisch zu verkaufen. Richtig clever von Alibaba zu den Preisen ihre Aktien zurückzukaufen. Die US Unternehmen kaufen ihre Aktien zu höchstpreisen zurück um den Kurs so künstlich zu pushen. Bin mal gespannt was die bessere Taktik ist.

The People's Bank of China (PBOC) agreed the change of Ant Group's Alipay to a company with no de facto control, marking substantial progress in a corporate restructuring announced earlier, according to a rating report from Morgan Stanley. The broker sees the news as a positive catalyst for Alibaba shares and a major step forward in the restructuring of Ant Group.
The broker believed that the removal of any controlling shareholder would not only make Ant Group's business model more transparent and regulated, but also reduce concentration risk. The broker also added that this means the regulatory pressure on Ant Group is beginning to ease, which will help to further improve its management, and may favour the potential of an eventual listing of the group.
