Ich würde gerne mal wissen, warum es überhauptsteigt, wenn Mann nur 1,83 später pro Aktie bekommt

Wenn ein so großes Unternehmen wie Qualcomm so eine Firma wie Alpha für 2,4 Milliarden Euro kauft, wird sie das nicht tun, ohne vorher starke Wachstumsmöglichkeiten erkannt zu haben.

Wie sollte man sich jetzt eurer Meinung nach verhalten? Der Kaufpreis pro Aktie ist ja festgelegt. Der Kurs wird also ja nicht nochmal wirklich steigen bzw. hätte Grund dazu oder?
