Alstom: further tests for future INOUI TGV 14:24 06/10/2023 (CercleFinance.com) - Alstom has announced an acceleration of its pre-validation test campaign for the future INOUI TGV (5th generation rolling stock known as TGV M), with the first runs of a second train on the French national rail network this month. These tests, which resumed last June, will last until December 2023. They involve testing and, if necessary, adjusting the train's operation, with runs of up to 320 kph, validating all the train's safety equipment. From January to July 2024, admission tests will be carried out to test operation in different contexts and configurations. Then, from autumn 2024, several trainsets will run on the network as part of pre-operational tests.
