Naja so drastisch ist es nicht. Sicherlich ist das Q4 2025 ein wirklich wichtiges Quartal. Aber hier fängt die Valhalla-Auslieferung erst an (begrenzte Stückzahlen) und ein Deposit wurde bereits eingenommen. Es sollte sich aber Stück für Stück (d.h. Quartal zu Quartal) verbessern. Die Modellpalette ist absolut herausragend und es dauert sicherlich etwas Zeit (einige wenige Quartale) bis sich das in den Zahlen bemerkbar macht. Aston hat zum ersten Mal in seiner Geschichte nicht nur „schöne Autos“ sondern sie sind der Konkurrenz auch überlegen. Das wird sich mittel- und langfristig durchsetzen.

Marketingmäßig könnte man ab 2026 mit der Formel 1 auch ein Ausrufezeichen setzen, da das Team sicherlich erfolgreicher sein wird.
Die Richtung stimmt also!!

Das hoffe ich auch. Ich würde mir wirklich wünschen, dass wir ab Q4 25 einen positiven FCF haben. Ich habe aus allen Quartalsberichten der letzten 2 Jahre die Marge pro Kernderivat ausgerechnet und die Marge pro verkauftem Special.
Aus dem erwarteten Umsatz und der Marge von ca. 35% insgesamt gehe ich fest davon aus, dass in Q4 2025 ein bereinigtes EBIT von 50 Millionen übrig bleiben müsste.
Im Q3-Bericht steht, dass sie für FY2025 ein bereinigtes EBIT etwas unterhalb des vorher prognostizierten unteren Korridors von -110 Millionen GBP erreichen wollen. Sie sprechen von „single digit percentage below“, d.h. wenn ich von 9% unter 110 Millionen ausgehe, dann heißt es für mich maximal ca. -120 Millionen bereinigtes EBIT Verlust für FY2025.
Wenn ich aber richtig gerechnet habe, dann haben die in Q1-Q3 schon -172,1 Millionen GBP bereinigtes EBIT Verlust angehäuft…wenn die dann auf etwas unter -110 Millionen kommen wollen, dann müssen die ja mindestens 50 Millionen Gewinn machen in Q4. Wahrscheinlich wird es aber leicht unter 50 Millionen GBP Gewinn sein, weil in Q3 war das bereinigte EBIT -50,6 Millionen GBP. Wenn der Gewinn höher wäre, dann wäre H2 2025 ja positiv, aber das hat AML ja aufgekündigt.
Also gehe ich fest davon aus, dass das bereinigte EBIT in Q4 2025 zwischen 40 bis 50 Millionen liegen müsste / sollte.

In addition, in 2023, AML signed an agreement to use Lucid’s technology for its EV program. The total value of the AML-Lucid agreement was £368 million with AML still likely on the hook for most of it. Given that AML is now unlikely to launch an EV anytime this decade, a deal with PIF that gets them off the hook for that, might not be a bad idea. For PIF, a combined Aston Martin Lucid might be tempting if they are sold on the idea that sticking Aston Martin’s wings on a Lucid built EV would help jump start sales. The Saudi’s are also heavily committed to Stroll’s privately owned Aston Martin F1 team. Aramco, the Saudi state oil company, is AMF1’s exclusive title partner. At different times over the years, there have been rumors of the Saudi’s interest in owning an F1 team. For the Saudi’s, the quid pro quo for bailing Stroll out of AML, might just be an eventual deal for the F1 team. For Stroll, this provides a potential face saving exit, for the Saudi’s they get both the F1 team they want and a brand that might help sell a few EVs. It will be very interesting to see how this all develops."

so wie ich es mir schon dachte wird es vermutlich passieren.. das sind alles geschäftsleute.. denen sind Kleinanleger sowas von egal..die werden mit Sicherheit private gehen und alles weitere Weiterentwickeln, wozu brauchen sie die börse könnte man auch hinterfragen... wir sollten uns wohl alle mit Verlusten abfinden.. das hier geht nicht gut aus
perplexity ki sagt dass der durchschnittskurs der letzten 6 Monate genommen wird.. wenn das also jetzt noch 3 Monate auf dem Niveau rumhängt dann wissen wir ja mit wie viel Verlust man rechnen darf...

Ich bin da ganz deiner Meinung, ich hoffe einfach, dass Aston Martin weiterhin an der Börse bleibt und wir wirklich von dem bevorstehenden Turnaround(wovon ich ab 2026 überzeugt bin) endlich profitieren. Und wenn wir auch nur wieder auf unseren Einstiegskurs kommen, alleine das wäre schon mal ein "Gewinn". Warten wir ab

Das ist wohl wahr…dennoch brauchen die für diesen Schritt die Zustimmung der Aktionäre und welchen Vorteil hätte ein Buyout? Es kostet in erster Linie viel Geld und dadurch würde sich die finanzielle Situation nicht ändern.

Das stimmt, kann auch nur Spekulation und Stimmungsmache sein, aber ehrlixherweise wurde soviel die letzten Jahre von Aston Martin dementiert und dann kam es genauso wie vorher in einem Bericht beschrieben
