Ich habe heute morgen einen Brief, sowohl an Adam Aron, als auch an John Merriwether geschrieben. Hier die abschließende Version : Dear Adam (John), I would like to submit to you my proposal to save your international AMC shareholders from another act of temporary incapacity in the event of the APE conversion. We (me and most shareholders of the German AMC community) were, after the introduction of the APE share, sometimes up to 10 trading days unable to trade APE (except to buy, for now), as the APE shares were not booked in. What I want to ask is : Is there a possibility for you and AMC to suspend the trading of the "AMC New" shares for a period of 1-2 weeks ? Until the really last holder of AMC and APE shares has received his new "AMC New" shares ? We hold for AMC, for you and for a large part of the AMC community.
