Uran ist aktuell mit Lithium der heißeste Rohstoff. Daher für mich nachvollziehbar dass Bruce beim Yellow Cat das Momentum für sich nutzen möchte

Anson Resources (ASN) exploration program at its Yellow Cat Project in Utah has confirmed high grades of uranium and vanadium. In October, the company announced results from X-ray fluorescence readings taken along visible mineralisation of historic workings at the project, which included 26 per cent of triuranium octoxide and 14 per cent of vanadium oxide. Anson appointed a third party to complete a survey of mineralised outcrops, accessible historical open pit, underground mine workings and remnant ore pads. It said the work undertaken identified hundreds of historical drill holes, many of which were said to be well labelled and matched coordinates on maps in Anson possession. After being submitted to the laboratory, the surface outcrops and ore pad grab samples reportedly returned what the company believes are high grade results with up 10.3 per cent triuranium oxide and 25.6 per cent vanadium oxide. The company said these results confirm the results reported in October. With the second stage of the exploration program now complete, ASN conducted further research to identify and locate historical information and databases covering certain portions of the project, which it said will be used to fast-track the development of the next stage which is underway. Anson believes the project has the potential to supply uranium ore to help fill existing local mill processing capacity. It plans to use all the data on hand to refine knowledge of the local mineralisation, as well as guide refinement of drill targets for the planned drilling campaign. The planned drilling program is expected to involve shallow drill holes at depths of between 20 to 40 meters which ASN said will require a small rig resulting in minimal disturbance. Executive Chairman and CEO Bruce Richardson commented on the latest results, noting an increase in the price of uranium. "The recent increase in the uranium price has been expected for some time and as Anson has continued to invest in the development of the Yellow Cat Project, it is well positioned to take advantage of the renewed interest in this mineral." "These high-grade assay results and a data base that provides a detailed understanding of the geological setting, provides further opportunity to increase the project exploration target."

Bei Lake Resources wurde ein ähnlicher Mechanismus gewählt. Dort wurde diese Methode sehr positiv aufgefasst (zumindest wenn man dem Feedback auf HC glauben schenken darf)

Der offensichtliche Vorteil dieser Kapitalerhöhung ist die Ausgabe der Option. Diese steigen mit der Anzahl der gehalten Aktien. Der Anreiz bis zum Rekordday möglichst viele Aktien zu halten soll den Kursverfall in Grenzen halten und Anson zudem die Möglichkeit eröffnen in den nächsten Jahren jeweils eine kleine Millionen Summe einzusammeln (insofern die Optionen bei 9.1c$ und 20c$ eingelöst werden)

Di2 richtig. Ging 5% runter. Bin aber der Meinung, dass es nächste Woche nochmal rauf geht. Warten wir es ab!

Kurs steht aktuell bei 9.5c$ AUD

So ganz erschließt sich mir das nicht. Wenn der Kurs jetzt bei 7$c stehst, dann ergibt es doch null Sinn, sich eine Option auf 9c bis Ende Oktober zu sichern, oder ? Oder rechnet man mit so einem Anstieg? Dann wäre es ja so oder so sinnvoller die Anzahl fie man über die Option ziehen würde, jetzt schon billiget zu kaufen. So oder so würde man seinen buyin erhöhen. Wo steckt der Sinn ? Also ernsthafte Frage, denn ich verstehe es nicht

Da hast du Recht. Die paar Aktien bei uns sind ohne große Bedeutung. Aber auch dort geht’s runter, oder? Bin auch schon gespannt. Sind ja noch paar Tage bis Freitag. Je nach Kursentwicklung lege ich vielleicht noch mal nach. Schauen wir mal.

Ok Danke. Denke der Kurs wird ja auch eher in Australien gemacht. Von daher schaue ich mal...

Wenn nächste Woche der Kurs nicht steigt, sehe ich da auch keinen Sinn. Ich habe mir mal das ganze Pamphlet dazu runtergeladen, es aber noch nicht gelesen. Interessant kann dann ja allenfalls die 2.Option in 2023 sein. Dann müsste bis dahin allerdings einiges am Kurs passieren.

Mache ich einen Denkfehler? Wenn die Optionen so attraktiv sind und der Stichtag der 24.09. ist, sollten dann jetzt nicht alle kaufen und der Kurs geht hoch?

Schaut eher danach aus als ob der Kurs sich dem Ausgabepreis näher 🙄
