Here is a summary of Anson Resources Limited's (ASX: ASN) results and financials for the quarter ended 30 June 2025, based on the June 2025 Quarterly Activities Report: Project Highlights: Green River Lithium Project (Utah, USA): Maiden JORC Mineral Resource estimated at 103,000 tonnes contained Lithium Carbonate Equivalent (LCE) based on drilling of the Bosydaba #1 well. Significant potential to increase this resource with upcoming re-entry drilling of the Mt Fuel-Skyline Geyser 1-25 well planned for Q3 2025. Approval received from relevant Utah and US federal authorities for the well re-entry program. Recent swabbing results from Bosydaba #1 show higher average lithium grades (135 mg/l Li vs. 93.5 mg/l used in maiden resource), which will be included in future resource updates. Added 100 strategic placer claims increasing the Green River landholdings by 10% (total footprint now about 88.6 km²). Signed a non-binding MoU with POSCO to collaborate on a demonstration plant testing Direct Lithium Extraction (DLE) technology at Green River. Developed a new lower, scaled state royalty rate (1% to 5%) with Utah government. Signed Community Benefits Agreement with Green River City Council to ensure local job creation and infrastructure support. Paradox Lithium Project (Utah, USA): Planning re-entry drilling at Mineral Canyon Fed 1-3 well and Sunburst 1 drill pad for expanding JORC Mineral Resource. Total existing JORC Mineral Resource stands at 1.5 million tonnes LCE and 7.6 million tonnes Bromine. Ajana Project (Western Australia): Holds mineral resources for base metals: maiden JORC resource at Surprise Deposit includes 103,000 tonnes grading 2.7% Pb, 0.45% Zn, and 1.3 g/t Ag (inferred category). Further exploration planned at Ethel Maude, Geraldine, and Surprise prospects. Hooley Well Cobalt-Nickel Laterite Project (Western Australia): Planning heritage surveys to facilitate future drilling (no site work this quarter). Yellow Cat Uranium/Vanadium Project (Utah, USA): Preparing for a 24-hole drilling program to update JORC resource. Historical drill intercepts show promising grades in uranium and vanadium. Corporate and Financial Summary: Cash at quarter end: A$2.527 million (down from A$4.696 million previous quarter). Net cash used in operating activities: A$1.858 million. Payments for exploration and evaluation during the quarter: A$257,000 (mainly for Paradox Basin projects). Administration and corporate costs: A$534,000. Payments to related parties (directors, salaries, superannuation): A$471,000. Financing activity included repayment of lease liabilities of A$249,000. Unused equity placement facility available: A$30 million (amended facility with Long State Investment Limited).
