Ich denke, es liegt an der allgemein schlechten Laune der Anleger nach dieser turbulenten Woche. Eine negative Nachricht über einen zusätzlichen Fall stößt auf sensible und aufgewühlte Menschen, die vielleicht sogar durch den Verkauf anderes kompensieren dürfen. Der Kurs steht noch > 40€, ich sehe den Rebound nicht gefährdet, zumal die Fälle bzgl. Vascuilitis erklärbar waren. Das Thema wird sich hoffentlich zügig relativieren und der Kurs darf dann bitte wieder anziehen!

Allerdings auch die Chance wieder einzusteigen…
1) Das letzte Sicherheitsupdate war am 22. August – vor einem Monat. 2) Wenn die Ergebnisse im Oktober vorliegen, werden sie wahrscheinlich am 30. oder 31. Oktober sein – in etwas mehr als 5 Wochen. 3) Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass es vor den Ergebnissen noch ein weiteres Sicherheitsupdate geben wird Der logischste Zeitpunkt wäre ein gleicher Abstand zwischen dem letzten Sicherheitsupdate und den Einnahmen. Morgen ist genau ein Monat nach dem vorherigen Update, also ist es eine Möglichkeit, aber wenn nicht morgen, denke ich, dass es am Montag oder Dienstag nächster Woche passiert. Denken Sie daran, dass zusätzlich zu den ROV-Fällen auch die Anzahl der versendeten Fläschchen aktualisiert wird

Haben wohl einen weiteren Fall der Vascuilitis gefunden, also jetzt 12 statt 11 Meiner Meinung nach hat der Rückgang mit diesen neuen Informationen zu tun, die auf Twitter gemeldet wurden – Baird reichte einen FOIA-Antrag von FAERS ein und fand bis zum 21. August 12 Vaskuilitis-Fälle (insgesamt, nicht nur okklusiv). Dies ist jedoch eine Selbstanzeige, und ReST meldete bereits am 29. Juli 11, darunter auch unbestätigte. Daher sehe ich darin keine große Sache. Vielleicht vergleichen die Leute 12 mit den Zahlen, die das Unternehmen meldet, aber selbst dann liegt es immer noch innerhalb dieses niedrigen Wertes Quelle Stocktwits

Imo the drop is to do with this new info reported on twitter - Baird submitted a FOIA request from FAERS and found 12 vascuilitis cases through 21st August (total, not just occlusive). This is self-reported however, and ReST reported 11 back in 29th July including uncomfirmed. So I don't see the big deal about this. Maybe people are comparing 12 with the numbers the company reports, but even then it's still within that low rate

Apellis Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ:APLS) added ~9% pre-market Tuesday after its rival in the eye care market, Astellas Pharma (OTCPK:ALPMF) (OTCPK:ALPMY), announced long-term data for its FDA-approved therapy, Izervay. Astellas (OTCPK:ALPMF) added Izervay as part of its recent acquisition of U.S. biotech Iveric Bio. In August, the FDA greenlighted the complement C5 inhibitor for geographic atrophy (GA) secondary to age-related macular degeneration (AMD), a common type of age-related vision loss. Months earlier, Apellis (APLS) won U.S. clearance for Syfovre, a C3-targeting complement therapy for the same indication. Citing topline data from the Phase 3 GATHER2 clinical trial, Astellas (OTCPK:ALPMF) said that Izervay met the primary endpoint, "significantly" slowing GA growth against a comparator at 24 months with monthly dosing. There was a similar clinical effect with an every-other-month dosing regimen, the Japanese drugmaker noted, adding that the safety results of GATHER2 were also in line with 12-month data for Izervay, and there were no new safety signals. In July, Apellis (APLS) announced long-term data for Syfovre, noting that the treatment with monthly and every-other-month dosing cut the GA lesion growth against a comparator. The effects representing 24–30 months of data were statistically significant.
