$BBBY Dockets 3951 and 3952 dropped today to admit two attorneys from Ask, LLP. Ask, LLP is representing Michael Goldberg (The PlanMan) and focus specifically on Fraudulent Conveyance aspects of the Bankruptcy case. IMO, the PlanMan is getting ready to pounce on any leftover Adversary Cases that have not been closed.
