Newsletter, 16.102023: As some of you are already aware, on October 5th, 2023, BioVaxys received a Cease Trade Order ("CTO") from the Canadian Securities Exchange.  The CTO was issued following the Company’s delay in filing the periodic disclosure of its financial statement and analysis for the quarter ending July 31, 2023 to the Canadian regulatory authorities.     Although BioVaxys has previously never been delayed in filing, we have been somewhat hampered by the departure our prior CFO for another position near the end of 2Q23.    We are working to have the CTO lifted shortly, and also on-boarding a replacement CFO. Although trading in BIOV is currently curtailed, the Company continues to advance those initiatives summarized in last month’s newsletter, as well as some others that we hope to share once the CTO has been lifted. Thank you.

Newsletter, 06.11.2023: BioVaxys is pleased to share that our U.S. Patent Application No. 18/557,655 entitled BIHAPTENIZED AUTOLOGOUS VACCINES AND USES THEREOF was submitted with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office on October 27, 2023.  This application was filed as a US national stage of International Application No. PCT/US2022/026461 and retains the international filing date of April 27, 2021 as its official filing date.   We are preparing the corresponding EU/UK national phase application for the bihaptenized vaccine and will be submitting this shortly.    It is our expectation that the CTO could be lifted as early as next week.

Newsletter, 10.11.23: A quick update on the status of lifting the CTO.   The delayed 2Q2023 financials and MD&A have been completed and submitted to the CSE to lift the CTO, which we anticipate to happen early next week.    Thank you.
