The ASX does not filter announcements. 2. The ASX will publish any announcement sent to it by an ASX listed company. 3. After publication the ASX then decides if the publication was reasonable and within the Rules. 4. The ASX listed companies have the responsibility for deciding whether they are entitled under the Rules to publish the information on the ASX. 5. If the ASX listed company was not entitled to publish the information the ASX will punish them for breaching the ASX Rules. 6. A company cannot ask the ASX if they are entitled to publish beforehand as the ASX does not give guidance it expects that ASX listed companies will know the Rules and only publish information allowed by the Rules. 7. Once an ASX listed company publishes something on the ASX it can be forced by the ASX to publish more information. This is what happened with BRN and the Ford notice. The first notice did not name Ford. The ASX ordered BRN to publish the name of the large automotive manufacturer and BRN had to reveal Ford’s identity which was a breach of their NDA with Ford. If BRN had never published the first ASX announcement then they would never have had to release the identity of Ford. It is the responsibility of the ASX listed company to mark the announcement as price sensitive or not and again if they get it wrong the ASX will punish them after the event. 8. The ASX Rules require information that has a material quantifiable effect on earnings must be published by an ASX listed company and marked price sensitive. The ASX is a business seeking to make a profit it is not a Government Department so it has come up with a self regulation model rather than checking beforehand they punish after the event if a company makes a mistake. As for Boardroom’s involvement Brainchip use them to maintain their share register and to provide Company Secretarial services. They do not decide what is published they are just providing secretarial services after Brainchip’s Board of Directors makes the decision. I trust this has answered your question.

Ich denke darum geht es denen gar nicht. Es wurde augenscheinlich zu viel investiert im Glauben eines totsicheren Investments. Ist ja ein Offenbarungseid, da haben sich einzelne sehr übernommen im Glauben besonders klug zu sein. :) Investment abhaken und einfach gucken ob es zündet oder halt nicht. 24/25 als Erwartungsziel setzen, dann reingucken. Damit lebt es sich doch wesentlich entspannter. Läuft doch alles ganz gut was wir bisher mitbekommen. Die Firma entwickelt sich und Berichte nehmen zu. 🥰 Wir werden sehen wie gallig der Markt dieses Geschäft aufnehmen wird. Gibt doch nur zwei Möglichkeiten. :) In der Zwischenzeit weiter sparen. :)

Die vielen Links die hier gepostet werden dienen auch nicht dazu den Kurs zu beflügeln, sondern sind als Informationsquelle zum Unternehmen gedacht. Wenn man Schwierigkeiten beim Einordnen der Information hat (ob möglicherweise kursrelevant oder nicht), dann kann man hier gerne darüber diskutieren.

Wenn man sich den Kursverlauf über einen längeren Zeitraum anschaut, stehen wir jetzt genau da, wo wir kurz vor dem Mercedes-Hype um den Jahreswechsel 2021/2022 waren. Rein börsentechnisch hat es seitdem weder kursbewegende Announcements noch Quartalszahlen gegeben. Also stehen wir genau da, wo wir hingehören. Der Hype wurde abverkauft, eher ein Wunder, daß es so lange gedauert hat, so etwas passiert woanders auch innerhalb von Tagen oder Wochen. Für die, die schon lange dabei sind, sollte das alles nicht dramatisch sein. Die, die hier erst wegen dem Hype eingestiegen sind, müssen sich jetzt damit anfreunden, daß sie (vielleicht versehentlich) in ein echtes Long Investment eingestiegen sind und schnelle Gewinne nicht zu erwarten sind. So ist die Situation, dann kann man entscheiden, halten oder verkaufen. Mehr gibt es dazu eigentlich nicht zu sagen. Man agiert an der Börse und trifft Entscheidungen. Warum manche aus ihren Investments ein öffentliches Forendrama machen, wird mir ein ewiges Rätsel bleiben. Und wenn ich noch oft 2024/25 wiederholen muß, platzt mir auch irgendwann der Schädel.

Da war ich nur kurz hier und hab Namen gelesen die ich nicht kenne 😉 Ist ja auch egal muss mich nicht rechtfertigen 👍 Wollte nur eine normale Frage stellen. Aber ich lass es einfach wen man eh keine normalen Antworten bekommt. Schönen Tag wünsche ich allen.
