Baha breaking news: "SEC allegedly sees spot Bitcoin ETF filings as 'inadequate' The United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) shared that it believes the recent surge in applications for spot bitcoin exchange-traded funds is "inadequate," The Wall Street Journal reported on Friday citing sources with knowledge on the matter. According to the sources, the SEC told Nasdaq and Cboe Global Markets, which were the ones filing the applications in the name of BlackRock Inc. and Fidelity Investments, that the filings lacked clarity and were sufficiently comprehensive. A Cboe spokesperson told the WSJ that it has plans to update the application and file it again, while Nasdaq declined to comment."
