"Crypto platform Gemini files for IPO Crypto platform Gemini Space Station, Inc. announced on Tuesday that it launched an initial public offering (IPO) of 16,666,667 shares of Class A common stock in the United States. The IPO price is projected to range between $17 and $19 per share, and the company aims to raise approximately $317 million from the IPO. Underwriters will be able to buy an additional 2,396,348 shares from Gemini and 103,652 from selling stockholders, the crypto firm said. Gemini will trade on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol GEMI."
