Junge Junge Porsche hat richtig Probleme.

In der Volksrepublik wurden gerade noch 14.501 Porsche verkauft, ein Drittel weniger als im Vorjahr und weniger als in Deutschland. Porsche begründete das mit dem „weiterhin herausfordernden Marktumfeld" und einem „Fokus auf einen wertorientierten Absatz". Das Unternehmen steckt in China schon länger in der Krise und hat insbesondere bei Elektrofahrzeugen den Anschluss an die chinesische Konkurrenz verloren. Bei Verbrennern spielt eine Rolle, dass die hartnäckige Immobilienkrise wohlhabenden Chinesen den Kauf eines kostspieligen Neuwagens verleidet. Für das laufende Jahr rechnet Porsche mit einem Absatz in China von rund 30.000 Fahrzeugen, das ist ein Viertel weniger als vor Jahresfrist. Wie stark der Rückgang ist, zeigt der Vergleich mit 2021: Damals wurden in China noch fast 100.000 Fahrzeuge ausgeliefert.

Porsche reports 16% drop in global deliveries in H1 2026. China down 32% to 14,501 units, following a 21% drop in Q1 and 41% drop in Q2. Q1: 7,519 Q2: 6,982 FY 2026 sales in China will be below 30,000. Last time Porsche sales in China were below 30,000 was 2011.

Kein BYD China’s top 10 best-selling full-size SUVs for June are out. AITO M9 reclaimed the top spot following its late-May refresh. NIO ES8 slipped to second, but ES9 jumped six spots to finish third with 8,595 deliveries. XPeng GX broke into the top five, delivering 6,737 units. Leapmotor D19 saw its ranking drop despite volume growing by about 1K units month-on-month. Meanwhile, ZEEKR 9X, ONVO L80, and AITO M8 each slid five positions—a clear sign of just how brutal the market competition has become.
