Laut CAAM beliefen sich die kumulierte Automobilproduktion und -verkäufe im Jahr 2023 auf insgesamt 30,161 Mio. bzw. 30,094 Mio. Einheiten, was einem Anstieg von 11,6 % bzw. 12 % gegenüber dem Vorjahr entspricht und beides historische Rekorde darstellt. NEVs verzeichneten weiterhin ein schnelles Wachstum, überstiegen 9 Millionen Einheiten in Produktion und Verkauf und eroberten einen Marktanteil von über 30 %. Die Automobilexporte erreichten mit fast 5 Millionen Einheiten einen neuen Höchststand und trieben die branchenweite schnelle Expansion voran. #chinaautomotiveindustry
