If restrictions are placed upon imports of smart cars & components, then China will obviously place counter sanctions
Everyone knows abt Tesla sales in China, but many Chinese "smart cars" use computing chips from Nvidia, TI, MBLY & other companies
Such sanctions will hurt US smart car supply chain more
