Kenn mich mit den benötigten Mengen/der Materie nicht aus, Portugal könnte aber bestimmt über Jahre einen Teil des benötigten Lithium liefern, wir lassen es ja lieber aus Brasilien einschippern., das haben die bei BYD ja vlt. schon erkannt und sich diese Ressource gesichert 😊

Great Sign for #BYD. WCF said they have 60k engineers & looking to hire 30k more this yr. 60% are PHD/Master
700-800 are graduates from Tsinghua & Peking University
#BYD had trouble hiring from such top schools before. So significant improvement in hiring & retention of talents
