BYD Confident on Achieving 2023 Sales Vol. of 3M Units with Solid Profit in 2H23
BYD COMPANY (01211.HK)'s chairman Wang Chuanfu said at the analyst briefing that the company remains confident on achieving a sales volume of 3 million units in 2023 and maintaining solid profit over the second half of 2023, Bloomberg News reported.

Aber nicht wegen BYD. BYD ohne China locker 5x mal höher.
Ich glaube in China tut sich gerade was und ich denke es wird funktionieren, daher mein Kaufrating, was aber auch völlig unbedeutend ist, ähnlich wie das der Citigroup.

Jefferies Drops BYD COMPANY (01211.HK) TP to $263, Rating Buy
Jefferies reported that the 2Q23 results of BYD COMPANY (01211.HK) were in line with expectations and remained resilient under the industry headwinds. The gross margin stood at 18.7% in the period, up 4.3 ppts YoY and 0.8 ppts QoQ, powered mainly by the improved economies of scale and slumps in lithium prices. The management remained confident on reaching a full-year sales volume of 3 million units.
Additionally, the management forecast that, over the coming three to five years, competition between new energy vehicle makers in terms of technology and pricing will likely persist. However, BYD COMPANY should be able to weather through the ferocious competition as its product pipeline covers vehicle models of various levels.
Jefferies maintained the Buy rating for the H-shares of BYD COMPANY, and chopped the target price on the stock from $274 to $263.
