Und Foxconn@Kay, korrekt. Über die Höhe der Anteile gibt es aber widersprüchliche Berichte.. Es sind noch diverse andere Geldgeber dabei, aber Harmony hält irgendwas zwischen 25-33% der Anteile. Da die Crew von Byton allesamt auch direkt beteiligt ist, ist das Konstrukt etwas undurchsichtig. Aufgrund der Marktkapitalisierung, der vorhandenen Gewinne mit kleiner Dividende und der stabilen fundamentalen Basis erschien mir Harmony für eine Beteiligung am Byton am interessantesten

Bin neu auf das Unternehmen gestoßen. Jemand ne Zusammenfassung von dem Unternehmen parat? Schwer im internet rauszusuchen.. 900mio und knapp 3% Dividende.... das ist ja mal verlockend. Ist die Zukunft erstmal im Grünen Bereich?

Technische Mittelwerte weiterhin auf stark kaufen, technische Indikatoren auf kaufen

Turbulente Woche und ein einigermaßen versöhnlicher Wochenschluss. Die 0,60 halten stark, kurz da drunter wurde immer zurückgekauft, scheint ne stärkere Unterstützung zu sein. Der Markt ist sehr volatil, die chinesischen Werte ohnehin, achtet auf die Perle hier und reagiert angemessen.. Sollte sich der Gesamtmarkt nächste Woche stabilisieren, sehe ich gute Chancen für steigende Kurse

FMC’s pre-investment valuation in the second round of financing was USD550 million with the financing scale of USD200 million and the corresponding post- investment valuation of USD750 million, which fully indicated the acknowledgement of the investors to FMC. The investment funds which invested in FMC were comprised of well-known investment management institutions and large enterprise groups. FMC has received very strong interests from lots of investors and will launch another round of financing recently. Harmony Auto Recorded High Appreciation Gains from FMC Due to the appreciation of valuation of FMC, in which the Group invested, the investment income recognised by the Group in the first half of 2017 was RMB332.9 million, after deducting the sharing of FMC’s losses of RMB79.6 million, the net gain was RMB253.3 million. With the progressing and completion of FMC’s product milestones, it will conduct several rounds of financing continuously, until its listing on a stock exchange. After FMC enters into volume production in the future, Harmony Auto will provide platform supports in new vehicle sales and after-sales services to FMC, and bring in new revenues to the Group at the same time. The Board believes that it will receive continuous investment returns with the progress of businesses, subsequent financing and future listing of FMC.
