The best way we can help shareholders is to build the business for the future. • The Company has explained its approach to capital management, and I suggest you review the MD’s address to the 2025 AGM (attached) which explains why cash reserves are allocated to expansion initiatives over share buy-backs. • We are intending to uplift Level I ADRs to Level II ADS on the Nasdaq; this relates to circa 7% of issued capital and is not considered a ‘great’ risk. The Company has demonstrated that it has been able to manage a myriad of risks – clinical studies, regulatory approvals, product development, and commercial operations, to name a few. We have built a highly profitable business with a very positive future. We have explained our strategy and initiatives to diversify the business for a long-term sustainable future. The Chair and MD addresses to the 2025 AGM (attached) convey what we are doing and how we are progressing. The time is for deliberate and considered execution of a well-developed strategy and that is what we are doing.
