First from a regulatory position and EO - Curevac have to make the announcement when its legally checked and verified by SEC- that is the exact procedure- SEC will not allow any statement to be made that is not accurate or miss leading- they also impose strict rules that news cannot be placed on one exchange when the other is closed- CVAC could issue the news to the USA market 1 hour before its open- while Germany I s open. It cannot issue news when Germany is closed. SEC would never 100% Authorise news been lifted by them if Germany was closed and the USA open. All stop losses set in the USA AND Germany triggered on the news- that is fact- nobody can trade when the market is closed- the only process that can be activated is ECN available to individuals who have set buy orders and sell orders that can be matched .Stop Losses are 100% visible at all times where Limit Buy -Limit Sell ECN automatically matches buy and sell orders. The sop losses set in Frankfurt can also be matched by institutional investment funds. The real problem here is simple- investors have not traded shares because of the potential- but though lack of knowledge and experience they believed a stop loss protects there gains it does not when bad news comes or disappointing news- all they do is show the market makers what price they have to set to trigger as many shares as institutions want and ECN matched. SEC does not operate like Frankfurt or London- they are strict prosecute and use the FCPA and DOJ. Curevac did as required lawyers check the news, SEC okay it and its published, but it also required to be put on Curevac website at the same time its goes on SEC. Sorry but investors shot themselves in the foot with the stop losses and need to understand these are visible to the market at all times- limit by- limit sell just matches orders pre hours - after hours. No One can blame CVAC- they can blame Political figures and German Media for leaking data that German minsters and politicians did- the German New media is 100% appallingly and guilty of electioneering for political parties

Chiro: die Frage die sich jeder selber stellen darf, ist, warum die relativierenden Aussagen nicht sofort gemacht wurden und man in Deutschland nachbörslich einen solchen Absturz unwidersprochen hingenommen hat. Mein Vertrauen in so eine Firma wäre auch ohne das desaströse Ergebnis erheblich beschädigt.

Man hat auf Curevac gehofft.. Die Hoffnung wurde mit der nüchternen adhoc... Ohne diese zu entschärfen blitzartig zerstört.. Jetzt wird die Hoffnung wieder genährt durch die relativierenden Aussagen.. auf der HV wird sicher weiter positiv geäußert.. wie vertrauensvoll das auch sein wird. Und wenn dann das Endergebnis etwas besser ist... dann geht das Hoffen weiter.. Die Phantasie bleibt dann drin.. Und ich kann mir dann durchaus vorstellen dass der Kurs weiter steigt... vielleicht wirklich auf 70+..das war der Grund weswegen ich Freitag wieder rein bin.. Blöd war dass ich bei 44 raus bin.. aber das konnte ich am Do so nicht sehen.. Die paar Euro Verlust zum erneuten Einstieg sind passiert

Ich bin wie viele am Do raus bei 44..dachte mir bei der Nachrichtenlage und Erholung vom Tief von 31 auf 44 ist das OK.. Durch die veränderte Nachrichtenlage am Freitag bin ich wieder rein.. Obs ne gute Idee war wird sich zeigen.. Vielleicht bin ich auch nur trotzig weil ich am Mittwoch abend kurz vor Börsen Schluss in USA noch zu knapp unter 79 gekauft habe... Aber zu dem Zeitpunkt war der Kurs ok für mich.. hinterher dachte ich mir.. was ein Pech.. Die adhoc haette ja auch am Die kommen können.
