05/20/2021 79900 Pfizer / BioNTech illegal because experimental: New Zealand High Court ruling Thanks to the ruling of the High Court, the Government of New Zealand yesterday modified the law on the distribution of the Pfizer / BioNTech vaccine; the ruling states that access to the vaccine was illegal and in violation of the Medicines Act as it was still experimental. The Nga Kaitiaki Tuku Ihu Medical Action Society had turned to the High Court arguing that the Pfizer vaccine had not completed its clinical trial phase and should not be made available to the wider population in accordance with section 23 of the act. In fact, the vaccine has been approved for more than two-thirds of the New Zealand population, although the primary clinical trial for the vaccine still to be completed is scheduled for April 2023. KTI has released an open letter signed by 43 New Zealand doctors outlining the case and expressed concern about the promotion of the vaccine despite the lack of evidence to prove its safety. The letter shows that "No one at the moment knows how safe or effective this new mRNA technology is in the medium and long term. Highly credible medical experts around the world, and even some vaccine developers themselves, foresee problems and raise urgent concerns from report. luciman, ich bin der Meinung das Biontech sich extrem gut positioniert hat. Sie haben aktuell genau die Studien laufen die ich als wichtig erachte. Im Übrigen die Studie 16 bis 17 Jahre oder die Studie 12 bis 15 und besonders Di aktuelle Studie 3bis 11 uns 0,5 bis 2 Jahre findet wie auch die Studie von Curevac unter den selben Bedingungen statt mit den aktuellen Mutationen. Oder wo sollen Die Studie n sonnst stattfinden Sie werden gerade auf diesem Planeten und bereits seit Februar durchgeführt. Die Zusammenarbeit mit Fosum halte ich für extrem wichtig und wir wissen das China selbst zeitnah 1Mrd Dosen in der neuen Kooperation herstellen will. Das wird dauern aber der Fuss ist drin und die Cinesen zahlen wohl deutlich besser als die EU. Dann macht sich Biontech beliebt weil Sie jedes Jahr Mrd. Dosen an die ärmeren Länder abgeben usw. Im September endet ihre Studie das der Impfstoff künftig als Pulver verschickt wird und normale Kühlung sogar über 0 Grad reicht aus. Dann die 10% Einnahme bei künftigen mrna Grippeimpfstoffen von Pfizer. Die Aussicht ab November 400Mio Dosen herstellen zu können + Deutschland + Türkei + Fosum die in den 400 Mio nicht enthalten sind. Dann die Freigabe das Sie jetzt selber 1Mrd und Marburg herstellen dürfen usw. Verkaufe ruhig aber ich kann bei Biontech aktuellen ruhig schlafen.

Und ja ich könnte schon dazu was sagen aber ich mag deine Art nicht auf was Du abspielst und wenn Du Biontech abgeben willst dann kann das Doch bei 100% Gewinn nur zu beglückwünschen sein. Marktkap in $ letzten Freitag. CUREVAC 20,7Mrd. $ Biontech 49.3Mrd. $ Moderna 74,3 Mrd. $ Ich verfolge Moderna nicht aber man kann sehr gut sehen das die Amis ihre eigenen Unternehmen gerne feiern. Moderna hat so wie ich auf die schnelle vor Augen habe 200Mio Dosen in USA geliefert und 1Mrd $ von der Regierung erhalten. In Russland und China kommen Sie nicht rein weil es es Amis sind und die 30 Dollar je dosis ist mit der Covax nicht zu machen. Daher wenn man es so betrachtet würde CUREVAC mit den 400 Mio Dosen an die EU und im Grunde unbelastet bei einer Positiven Studie auch bei einer Verdoppelung noch einen sehr großen Abstand zu Moderna haben. Wenn man es nur so sieht dann wäre die Antwort ja immer das CUREVAC gerade sehr günstig ist. Aber das ist mir nicht genug für meine persönlichen Überlegungen. Ich halte Moderna für extrem überbewertet... Biontech für stand gerade für gut Bewerrtet mit Potential nach Q2 Zahlen Richtung 250$ und CUREVAC könnte sich auch noch sehr gut entwickeln. Naja ich seniere nur. Würde lieber mit Zahlen und Zeitnahen Aussichten spekulieren.

Ich bin zu neu mit Curevac beschäftigt und so habe ich keine Ahnung was die aktuelle Studie oder ggf. Die Studien für die zweite Generation hergeben. Hat Curevac sich ggf. Dazu geäußert ob Sie auch Jugendliche und Kinder in der aktuellen Studie einbauen? Dann würde Sie auf jeden Fall Ihre Reichweite erhöhen. Oder ist etwas bekannt das Hopp Beziehung zu einflussreichen Software Unternehmen in China hat wo ggf. ein Fuss in China rein könnte ? Ich bin dazu nicht auf dem laufenden. Aber ich denke das würde doch die Fantasie anregen. Oder ggf. Ist das nicht nötig weil 1Mrd. auch so verkauft werden kann bei den über 18 Jährigen. Ich weiß es nicht. Also bleib ich mal neutral.

Pfizer did not get procument of raw materials- that is down to genocidal Maniacs like Trump and Biden. If you use a DPA- the you fail at the base level of Humanitarian side. I am invested in Biontech who developed the approved covid vaccine. Pfizer did not contribute to mrna with knowledge. But you helped Biontech with the quick implementation of the study and with the procurement of the raw materials and production. Pfizer's global logistics are also certainly better than Biontech could do on its own. I'm satisfied with Biontech and I don't care what Pfizer has done wrong over the past 50 years.

Was in at the IPO, new the technology behind it- I could have easily brought into other companys but choose not to when they sell to big pharma for two bob and a rabbit. I know Pfizer inside out- I know all the scams and regulatory fines. This is about LIMIC- its about getting vaccines to isolated countrys with little money- its about helping people who are not fortunate. Expect Curevac to bring in a HIV vaccine that helps people live with it- similar to how they will bring in a vaccine that is dependable for TB and Malaria. Now- if you want to understand the biotechnology of companys and what they can do- then take a look at VIR and what they are achieving with the right backing and not from profiteering..
