Following a comprehensive review of the potential benefits of dual listing on the London Stock Exchange (LSE), Danakali Limited (ASX: DNK) (Danakali, or the Company) is pleased to announce that the Danakali Board of Directors has approved the Company progressing a dual listing on the LSE. It is expected that the dual listing will be executed within H1 CY2018.

His final, typically unorthodox act as a director is to voluntarily resign from the Board so that people with skills and experience more relevant to the company's current needs can drive the company forward. Constant improvement in all areas is critical for the company’s ongoing success and this change should be seen as part of a planned transition. For all his contributions, he has my thanks as a fellow director, fellow shareholder and of course as a brother.”

Danakali Limited (ASX: DNK) advises that Mr. Liam Cornelius has resigned as a non-executive director of the company effective 17 November 2017.The Board and management extend their sincere thanks and appreciation to Liam for his long-termcontribution and commitment to Danakali.

Sind an einen Direktor gegangen und der hat über 300k AUD auf den Tisch gelegt. Sehe ich wirklich positiv.

sind auch nicht viele im Verhältnis zu den ausstehenden Aktien

Es wurden allerdings nur Optionen ausgeübt, die ansonsten am 17.11. verfallen wären. Insofern nix Besonderes. Sorry!

Was haltet ihr denn davon, dass heute 1.300.000 neue Shares zu einem Schleuderpreis von 0,278 AUD ausgegeben (verschenkt?) wurden? Das kann einen auf den ersten Blick ja nicht gerade begeistern. Oder seht ihr auch was Positives in der News?

Uns ist allen bewusst, dass die Sicherheit und politische Lage ein wichtiger Faktor für den Erfolg des Projekts/ Aktie sein wird! Nerven bewahren!
