Versteh ich das richtig? Der R/S ist durch und Roche will sich jetzt mit der Übernahme beeilen, damit es nicht zu teuer wird.

Sorry Denkfehler! RS war ja festgelegt zwischen 50 & 500! Also wenn dann eventuell RS 50 auf 5$ und dann BO mit 30% zu 6,5$! So denkbar?

Delcath Systems (DCTH) shares gaining lost ground in Friday's after hours trading as word leaks that Roche merger and acquisition team have departed Geneva for NYC Monday meetings.  Sources say that the Roche team is booked into the The Ritz-Carlton Battery Park Hotel scheduled to stay all week! Shares of DCTH were trading up almost 3% during Friday's after hours session after finishing lower during the regular session.
