DigitalX meldet M&A-Deal in Höhe von 1,64 Millionen US-Dollar im Zusammenhang mit seiner Regtech-Plattform für Director Trades Ende letzten Jahres kündigte das kryptoangrenzende Fintech DigitalX (ASX:DCC) die Einführung seiner Drawbridge-Plattform an – ein digitales Compliance-Tool, das den Handel mit Director-Aktien erleichtert. Und heute Morgen kündigte das Unternehmen einen Folgevertrag an, der mit der gleichen Strategie verbunden ist, mit dem Erwerb der Handelsplattform Sell My Shares in einer Bartransaktion in Höhe von 1,64 Millionen US-Dollar. The acquisition is earnings accretive with no capital raising required given the Company’s strong cash and digital asset position.
