Danke für die Infos bzgl. einer möglichen Übernahme...das wäre so schön, wenn es wirklich nur wegen der TC ist und wir endlich die Früchte ernten können, nach so einer langen Leidenszeit. Und v.a. würde es mich freuen mit euch hier das Ganze gemeinsam zu feiern. Dieses Forum ist wie eine kleine Familie mit Leidensgenossen...hier passt auch der Spruch "Geteiltes Leid ist halbes Leid, geteilte Freude ist doppelte Freude" 😉

The Company’s liquidity and continuous operation depend on its ability to enhance its operating cash flows and financial position, which is currently largely dependent on when the Company will obtain the type certificate of EH216-S to launch commercial sales of EH216-S AAVs, and the Company’s capability to raise additional funds through debt financings or equity offerings. The Company expects to obtain the type certificate soon as it has already completed all the planned tests in the final phase of Demonstration and Verification of Compliance for EH216-S type certification as of the date of this earnings release. In July 2023, the Company has also secured a round of US$23 million of equity investment through private placement from several strategic investors. The gross proceeds from the placement has strengthened the Company’s liquidity status. Therefore, we believe that our current cash and cash equivalents and our anticipated cash flows from operations will be sufficient to meet our anticipated working capital requirements and material cash requirements for at least the next 12 months

The Company has achieved a significant milestone for EH216-S TC by successfully completing all of the planned tests and flights in the last phase of demonstration and verification of compliance, and also completed the definitive TC Flight Test by the Civil Aviation Administration of China (“CAAC”), with unwavering endeavors throughout past 31 months since the CAAC officially accepted the Company’s TC application in January 2021. After finishing the remaining procedures, the Company expects to obtain the type certificate of EH216-S Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (“UAV”) System from the CAAC soon.

Hoffentlich geht die wie andere Aktien nicht Insolvenz bin selber investiert. Aber egal welche aktie von Handel genommen wird ist bis jetzt insolvenz gegangen

Ich persönlich glaube nicht an eine Übernahme. Ich denke, dass Ehang jetzt die Trümpfe in Händen hält und diese ausspielen wird. Sie haben den Spieß umgedreht und lassen jetzt die Shortseller daran zappeln.

China Risiko... Dort ist alles Staatlich gelenkt. Wenn sich ein führender Kommunist einbildet, das Ehang in Staatlicher Hand sein muss, dann wird auch Hu verkaufen... Da bleibt ihm keine Wahl. Da bin ich mir absolut sicher.

Kein Grund zur Panik. Die meisten User hier sind bereits sehr lange in Ehang investiert und kennen das Unternehmen sehr gut. Der Handel dürfte wirklich aufgrund der TC ausgesetzt sein, sonst hätte es schon längst eine Meldung vom Unternehmen gegeben. Eine Übernahme wäre halt wirklich extrem Unsympathisch. Wir machen den ganzen "ride" über Jahre mit und werden kurz vor dem Ziel mit 3-5x abgegolten. Das kann es wirklich nicht sein... Was noch sein könnte: Die TC wird vorerst nur für den Tourismus Bereich erteilt (Countryside) und man möchte die Shareholder informieren (Die Perspektive wäre immer noch Top). Beide Szenarien halte ich für unwahrscheinlich.
