Electro Optic Systems Holdings Limited ("EOS" oder "Unternehmen") (ASX: EOS) gibt heute bekannt, dass es mit einem Kunden in der Republik Korea ("Korea") eine verbindliche bedingte Vereinbarung ("Vertrag") mit einem Gesamtwert von 80 Millionen US-Dollar (ca. 120 Millionen A$). Wenn die Bedingungen erfüllt sind, würde der Vertrag Folgendes beinhalten: Herstellung und Verkauf einer 100 kW Hochleistungslaserwaffe ("Produkt") Gründung eines Joint Ventures zwischen EOS und dem Kunden zur Entwicklung und Lieferung von 100 kW Hochleistungslaserwaffen ("Korean Joint Venture") an den koreanischen Markt zu vereinbarenden Bedingungen Lizenzierung von geistigem Eigentum in Bezug auf 100 kW Hochenergie-Laserwaffen für den koreanischen Markt an das koreanische Joint Venture ("Lizenz") Zu den Bedingungen des Vertrags gehören die Zahlung der ersten Anzahlung (18 Millionen US-Dollar) durch den Kunden, den Kunden, der die Ausstellung eines Akkreditivs für den Restbetrag des Vertrags veranlasst, und der Kunde, der die Einrichtung von EOS in Singapur inspiziert und damit zufrieden ist. Th manufactured at EOS’ new Laser Weapon Manufacturing Facility in Singapore (“Singapore Facility”). The total amount payable to EOS under the Contract is US$80 million (approx. A$120 million). The conditions of the Contract include the payment by the customer of the initial deposit (US$18 million), the customer procuring the issuance of a Letter of Credit for the remaining amount of the contract, and the customer inspecting and being satisfied with EOS' Singapore Facility. The customer expects these to be completed prior to 31 January 2026. The Contract is otherwise subject to customary terms including milestone payments for the balance of the contract income, and full refund entitlements for payments made in the event of Product non-performance. Subject to satisfaction of the conditions, the Contract is expected to be fulfilled after scheduled delivery of the Product to Korea at the end of 2027, and subsequent demonstrations. Bei Feuerkraft von 1.200 Schuss pro Minute sind das schnell mal € 500.000 bis €800.000 .Also überhaupt nicht rentabel. Wenn man dann noch bedenkt das die Drohnen nur einige € 100 kosten wird hier ein Umdenken stattfinden.

Pro Schuß kostet beim Skyranger 30 = € 1000. Drohnenabschuß brauchst du mehrere Schuß. Größere Opjekte kosten das das Hundertfache.Ist also nicht mit einem Lasersystem vergleichbar

Wenn dich globale Zusammenhänge, wie 35 Mrd für Weltraum Sicherheit aus Deutschland oder 900 Mrd Rüstungsausgaben nicht interessieren. Dann einfach nur die Homepage von EOS verfolgen. Wenn z.B. die Australier wieder einen. 50Mrd. Ukraine Support Fond durchdrücken, dann werden weitere Aufträge folgen. Schließlich müssen die Aufträge iwie finanziert werden & wenn die Amis ihre Budget erhöhen dann weist in welche Richtung es geht 😉 Die hatten 2,2 Mio Aktien gehandelt wir gerade mal 200k bei allen Börsenplatzen akkumuliert.

Die unten genannte Meldung sagt eigentlich überhaupt nichts aus über EOS. Hier wird kurz der Kurs hochgezogen, in Australien wieder abverkauft.
