Lies mal Seite 14 und 15. Die Konsolidierung ist kein fixes Ereignis . Die Direktoren halten es für gut aber es gibt keine Versicherung das dieses am Ende des Jahres oder in naher Zukunft gemacht wird. Sie erklären es in dem Rundschreiben an einem Beispiel !!!!! (BEISPIEL!) mit Ratio 25:1 . Sie stecken sich 25 Aktien ein und geben eine mit dem 25 fachen Wert heraus. So schrumpft die gesamtaktienzahl um das 25 fache und der Wert würde dann reziprok um das 25 Fache steigen. So lese ich das. Also nicht mehr und nicht weniger in der Tasche . Normalerweise werden Aktien konsolidiert wenn es starke Preisschwankungen gibt. Damit soll beI Veränderungen derr Zockerei entgegengewirkt werden hab ich vorhin bei googel gelernt. DA El ja preislich im(am) Keller ist kann ich das nicht wirklich nachvollziehen oder es stehen wirklich Veränderungen an . Vielleicht kommt zu Weihnachten aber auch der Osterhase

Glaube eher Aktienkonsolidierung. Seite 14 und 15 lesen sich als wenn die Anzahl der Aktien geschrumpft werden soll.

NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL AND SPECIAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS You are cordially invited to the Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders (the “Meeting”) of Engagement Labs Inc. (the “Corporation”) to be held at 10:30 am (Toronto time) on December 29, 2020. Due to COVID-19, we have made the decision to hold the Meeting virtually, as set out in further detail in this Notice of Meeting and management information circular dated November 26, 2020 (the “Circular”). Holding the Meeting virtually means that it is to be held entirely online and by telephone. The Meeting is being held for the following purposes: 1. To receive and consider the financial statements of the Corporation for the financial years ended December 31, 2018 and 2019 together with the auditor’s reports thereon, and the interim financial statements for the nine- months ended September 30, 2020; 2. To fix the number of directors at 4 and to elect 4 directors of the Corporation; 3. To re-appoint Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton, Chartered Accountants as the auditors of the Corporation for the coming year and to authorize the directors to fix their remuneration; 4. to consider and, if deemed advisable, to pass with or without modification a Special Resolution, the full text of which is set out in the accompanying Circular, authorizing and approving an amendment to the articles of the Corporation under the Canada Business Corporations Act, the filing and implementation of which shall be entirely at the discretion of the Board of Directors, to consolidate each issued and outstanding common share of the Corporation as of the date Articles of Amendment are filed giving effect to such consolidation, on the basis of one new common share for every twenty-five (25) pre-consolidation common shares or such lower consolidation ratio as the Board may in the future determine and as may be accepted by the TSXV; 5. To consider, and if deemed appropriate, to adopt, with or without variation, a resolution re-approving the Corporation’s 10% rolling Stock Option Plan; 6. To consider, and if deemed appropriate, to adopt, with or without variation, a resolution re-approving the Corporation’s Restricted Share Unit Plan; 7. To consider, and if deemed appropriate, to adopt, with or without variation, a resolution re-approving the Corporation’s Restricted Share Award Plans; and 8. To transact any other business as may properly be brought before the Meeting or at any adjournment thereof. The Meeting will be held as a completely virtual meeting, which will be conducted via live webcast, where all shareholders will have an opportunity to participate at the Meeting and engage with directors of the Corporation and Management. Shareholders will not be able to physically attend the Meeting in person.
