Dankeschön. Wenn das bei xxxx der Tenor war: habe mal recherchiert. Dat ist ein Standard des CEO Vertrages. Also nix dolles. Und: eine Option war verfallen, weil der gute Craig nämlich zumindest ein vertraulich festgelegtes Ziel NICHT erreicht hat. Darüber aber nur Schweigen in dem Unternehmens Statement!

Ja hatte ich angesichts der Formulierung „voll bezahlte Anteile“ missverstanden. War ein Incentive. Dass viele Optionen verfallen sind, ist jedoch positiv zu sehen - die vergangenen Quartale liefen, wie sie liefen und das wirkt sich direkt aus. Aktionärsinteressen und CEO Interessen auf einer Linie sowie weniger Verwässerung (angesichts der Gesamtsharezahl natürlich nicht die Welt…). So sehe ich das nach Richtigstellung.

Bekommt man in den Griff, wenn man will! Aber nicht mit kleinen Gardena Rasensprengern. Bei der Wismut hatten wir Cat Radlader mit 30 cbm Schaufeln...(da passten 2 normale Omnibus locker rein), eine kleine Flotte cat wasserwagen mit 40cbm. An der Tankstation in 5 min gefüllt, dazu große Grader...und Cat *LKW* mit 150t Zuladung. Eine riesen Flotte im 2-Schichtbetrieb. Da staubte nix!! Wir reden über Abraum aus Uranerzbergbau... Wenn mann will und muss geht's. Wenn nicht, dann geht's nur, wenn gerade mal die Behörde zu Besuch ist...und die melden sich i.d.R. auch noch vorher an. 😉

Alles lösbar - viel interessanter ist was macht Bradshaw mit Masan High Tech 🤓

Würde ich verneinen. Wobei große Institutionen ihre Aktien oft nicht einfach im Depot liegen lassen, sondern sie verleihen gerne an Banken oder Short-Seller, um Leihgebühren (Rendite) zu kassieren...Gewinnmaximierung.
