 NEWS Euro Sun Announces Private Placement NOT FOR RELEASE IN THE UNITED STATES OR TO U.S. NEWS WIRE SERVICES TORONTO, Oct. 30, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Euro Sun Mining Inc., (TSX: ESM) (“Euro Sun” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it intends to complete a non-brokered private placement financing of common share of the Company (each a “Common Share” and collectively, the “Common Shares) at a price of C$0.60 per Common Share for gross proceeds of up to C$2,600,000.00 (the “Offering”). Closing of the Offering is expected to occur on or about November 6, 2018. All securities issued in connection with the Offering will be subject to a statutory hold period of four-months and one day. Completion of the Offering is subject to a number of conditions, including without limitation, receipt of Toronto Stock Exchange approval. Euro Sun intends to use the proceeds of the Offering for the advancement of its Rovina Valley Project and for general corporate purposes.

 NEWS Euro Sun Announces Extension of Outstanding Warrants TORONTO, Oct. 22, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Euro Sun Mining Inc. (TSX:ESM) (“Euro Sun” or the “Company”) announces that it has received approval from the Toronto Stock Exchange (the “TSX”) to extend the expiry date of the 3,932,425 outstanding common share purchase warrants (“Warrants”) that were originally issued by the Company on May 19, 2016. Each Warrant is currently exercisable to acquire one common share of the Company (a “Common Share”) at a price of $2.18 per Common Share until November 19, 2018; provided that, in the event that the trading price of the Common Shares on the TSX exceeds $2.72 for a period of 20 consecutive trading days, the Company has the right (but not the obligation) to accelerate the expiry date of the Warrants to a date which is not less than 30 days after the date on which the Company gives notice of such accelerated expiry date to the holders of the Warrants. Effective November 5, 2018, the expiry date of the Warrants will be extended by six months to May 19, 2019, subject to the accelerated expiry noted above. None of the Warrants are held by insiders of the Company.

...und wieder 1500 eingesammelt. Wie oft habe ich das eigentlich schon gemacht. Am jeder Unterstützung kaufen ist grundsätzlich richtig, aber irgendwann sollte es dann auch mal drehen ☺☺☺

Der Ratifizierungsprozess von ESM wurde im Juni 2017 eingeleitet. Seitdem warten wir auf 6 Unterschriften und die Veröffentlichung. Wahsinn. Im März 2018 sollte es noch wenige Wochen dauern. Im Mai hatten wir immerhin 4 Unterschriften zusammen. Justiz und Wirtschaft stehen noch aus. Wenn es wie bei Vast ca. 1,5 Jahre dauert, dann sollten wir im Oktober/ November 2018 gute News bekommen. Quasi bald ☺☺☺

Vast Resources hat wohl 18 Monate auf die Lizenz gewartet. Von Mai 2017 bis Oktober 2018. Sie gingen zunächst von einer Produktionsaufnahme Ende 2017 aus. Jetzt Q2 2019. Ich muss mal schauen wann ESM den ersten Eintrag eingereicht hat.

Das sind dann schon die Tiefs aus 2014/15

Chart sagt 0,45 CAD möglich. Nächste Unterstützung dann 0,35 CAD.
