Europlasma Forum: Community User: MarkusVenecius
Die seit Januar 2023 unter Konkursverwaltung stehende Fonderie de Bretagne mit Sitz in Caudan im Morbihan (46,4 Millionen Euro Umsatz) ist Gegenstand eines Übernahmeangebots des Gironde-Industriekonzerns Europlasma. Europlasma, eine Gruppe, die sich auf die Behandlung und Beseitigung gefährlicher Abfälle spezialisiert hat – Tätigkeit von Inertam in Morcenx (40), aber auch auf die Industrie und die Herstellung von Schmiedeteilen seit den Übernahmen von Forges de Tarbes im Jahr 2021, denen von Gerzat (ex-Luxfer) in Clermont-Ferrand im Jahr 2022 und im Jahr 2024 von Valdunes Industries (Standorte in Leffrinckoucke und Trith-Saint-Léger im Norden) Hersteller von Eisenbahnrädern.
