(CercleFinance.com) - Oddo BHF confirms its 'neutral' recommendation on Eutelsat Group shares with an unchanged target price of €2.60. The broker believes that the necessary double capital increase announced yesterday evening for a total of €1.35 billion, to be carried out in two stages, will enable Eutelsat to consolidate its financial structure and secure the financing of its strategic projects, in particular the OneWeb constellation and the future Iris² program. However, the research firm emphasizes that the targets for June 2026 are below its forecasts (3% lower), reflecting an unexpected deterioration in historical business (Etutelsat SA) and a sharp ramp-up anticipated for OneWeb. The note also indicates that the stock remains exposed to volatility related to the second tranche of the capital increase planned for the end of the year, the price of which has yet to be determined.
