We believe that approval of the Exela Technologies Inc. 2023 Stock Incentive Plan (the “2023 Plan”) is essential to our continued success. Under the 2023 Plan, we will be authorized to issue up to 500,000 shares of Common Stock. Our Board believes that equity compensation of the type available for grant under the 2023 Plan, a stock-based incentive plan, furthers our goal of creating long-term value for our stockholders by fostering an ownership culture that encourages a focus on long-term performance, retention, and stockholder value-creation, and exposes participants to economic diminishment if our share performance lags.
Zumindest ist es eine überschaubare Anzahl an Aktien und wenn sie danach weiter verwässern, würde ich mir als Mitarbeiter, der die Aktie als Annerkenung erhalten hat, verarscht vorkommen. Ich persönlich werte dieses Vorgehen als positiv. Ich bin mal gespannt, ob wir immer noch bei 6,7 Millionen Aktien liegen. Bei 500k neue Aktien wird ca. 7,5% verwässert. Also eigentlich ein ein ganz normaler Verlust an einem Handelstag. Am Ende bleibt, sie wollen Mitarbeiter entlohnen und nicht entlassen. Hauptsache wir sind noch im Spiel. Bin echt gespannt, wie wir das Jahr beenden.

Finde es auch komisch, dass Par seit knappen 3 Monaten nichts mehr auf LinkedIn oder sonst wo irgendwelche Artikel veröffentlicht. Wurde ihm ein Maulkorb aufgesetzt oder liegt eine Quiet Period vor? Wann wird hier entlich was abgeliefert 😤

Wieder so ein Schwarzer Tag… ATL ist nicht mehr weit… Was Planen der die ist schon komisch die letzte Zeit… Keine bis kaum Updates irgendwie ist was im Busch… Par kann doch der Kurs nicht egal sein… Was ist mit dem Tag des jüngsten Gericht?….
