I am going to contact both Lang & Schwartz and Clearstream personally.
I have worked on Wall St. for 25 years and I’ve never heard of Trade Republic. It was never our intention for our stock to trade in Germany. I am trying to help solve this problem, but I still don’t understand why our investors in Germany wouldn’t want to trade our shares on the NYSE like everyone else on earth.

vielen Dank für Ihre Nachricht. Unglücklicherweise kann Lang & Schwarz in einer solchen Situation nicht viel unternehmen und Sie müssten als Anleger sich bemühen die Aktien an der Heimatbörse NYSE zu verkaufen. Nur das Unternehmen selbst kann von Clearstream die Abwicklungserklärung erhalten. Wenn diese sich quer stellen liegt die Vermutung nahe, dass Sie einen Grund dafür haben.

Hallo Stefan,
vielen Dank für Deine Nachricht.
Leider sind wir hier nicht an der NYSE angeschlossen, daher können wir zur Zeit keinen Handel eröglichen.
Eine Option hier, wäre die Aktien auf ein anderes Depot von Dir zu transferieren welches an der NYSE angeschlossen ist.
Leider haben wir aktuell keine weiteren Optionen zu diesem Thema.
Wenn Du noch weitere Fragen hast, stehe ich Dir gerne weiterhin zur Verfügung.

Ich fand seine Antwort auch recht überheblich und unseriös. Hab das mal an L&S und TR weitergeleitet. Irgendeiner muss uns ja helfen. Kein Bock wegen einer Aktie nen zweiten Broker zu haben ;)

Thank you for being a shareholder, Stefan. I understand your frustration, but let’s be very clear about the issue here. FREYR has never committed to listing on any stock exchange other than the NYSE. The brokers in Germany have listed our stock for trading without either our consent or involvement. I am baffled as to why so many investors in Germany purposely decided that they would rather not trade our shares on the world’s deepest and most easily accessible stock exchange, but that is a story for another time. Our folks have reached out to Clearstream, and they have been wholly uncooperative. I wish some of our investors in Germany would share their disappointment with the orchestrators of this situation. Ja ja der Jeff, auch ich habe so eine ähnliche Rückmeldung erhalten. Das ist für mich ungenügend. Denn es geht um „Ihre“ Aktionäre und Aktien die handelbar sein sollten - auch dann wenn es einen Umzug gab, gerade dann sollte ein IR Dept. alles daran setzen, aber wenn Jeff bei Clearstream ebenso arrogant aufgetreten ist wie er es auch ggü. den Aktionären macht dann wundert mich nichts mehr. Der Mann hat den falschen job. Punkt

Zur Info für alle, die Freyr bei TR haben.....ich hab mal bei Lang&Schwarz angefragt:
Sehr geehrter Herr xxxxxxx
um die Aktie handeln zu können benötigen wir eine Abwicklungserklärung der Clearstream.
Dies ist der Grund weswegen die Aktie an keiner anderen deutschen Börse gelistet ist.
Sobald diese vorliegt werden wir den Basiswert handeln.
