The transaction is expected to close on February 15, 2024. Estimated net proceeds to FREYR are expected to total $22.5 million following repayment of previously received state and local grants.

Nach der Übernahmenews im November letzten Jahres haben sie Jensen ja noch als CEO Europa auf der Webseite vorgestellt.Seit ein paar Wochen ist Jensen auf der Webseite verschwunden.

Die Gemeinde in Mo wird Freyr den benötigten Strom geben,ich glaube nicht das sie in ihrem Gewerbgebiet eine Bauruine haben wollen.Die müssen jetzt auch nicht mehr mit dem in Mo sehr sehr ungeliebten Jensen verhandeln.Wie Spittel mitteilte kümmert sich die neue Führung persönlich darum.
