Forgot to mention....a shelf is not trying to bring down a price. The company can raise in any amount of the 100M at any time and it's been per-cleared by the OSC, SEC, and the exchanges, realistically i want to mention though it also doesn't mean at all that they will be able to raise $1. It just gives them the flexibility to do so if needed. Tesla ran too $900 and they raised like $2Billion in around the $600 per share range. That was twice the value of the stock which was trading at for a long time previous to their raise. Also Hexo has been raising using shelf. Their stock actually is one of the best performers in the industry in for the past 60 days on big volumes as an example... Hope You can understand what i am trying to say based on my opinion.

I think some people could be confused about the shelf filing maybe i am too but based on my own personal opinion on the situation take it with a grain of salt not buy or sell advice anyways here we go; I think this is the last step that has to happen in order to access institutional investors in the USA and Internationally. It is not easy getting a shelf approved for $100,000,000 for a micro-cap company like FSD Pharma. This prospectus will allowed them to access big institutional capital. Retail shareholders like us could never help the stock like it did in 2018 September... FSD Pharma has been saying for the past 18 months that they need to up-list to NASDAQ and get access to institutional investors and that I think the only way FSD Pharma will see significant improvements in my opinion. There is NO WAY in my opinion that FSD Pharma or other companies (feel free to prove me otherwise) during this pandemic can raise capital from retail investors in the Canadian marketplace. Basically I think there are no more access to Canadian retail investors due to markets and covid19 and global economic health trends from around the world. FSD Pharma recognized this well before the cannabis industry got slaughtered. Anyways this is my opinion maybe im wrong maybe i am right. Good luck everyone I hope one day we can be proud shareholders. Not pumping & Not bashing.

Wem das mit FSD alles zu unsicher ist, kann sich alternativ Wirecard anschaffen. Da läuft es gerade ....

Da kommt wirklich Freude auf!.......wieso auch nicht...es werden hoffentlich noch weitere Pakete verkauft.....die Konditionen sind individuell verhandelbar, sollte der Kurs in 3 Monaten auf 10 USD stehen wird auf diesem Niveau verhandelt!......Wieso solltedies eine Verwässerung darstellen?. ....Es handelt sich um Institutionelle Anleger, die kein Interesse daran haben Ihr Paket täglich zu veräußern, wenn Sie das tun, wird es, so derzeit vorgesehen, auf dem Sekundärmarkt geschoben und wird wohl nie in den Free Float gelangen......Falls jemand von Euch bessere Ideen zur Finanzierung hat, kann e sie uns ja gerne erläutern.
