Zu Deiner Frage - in Wiki steht es exakt so geschrieben, dass er registrierter Wertpapierhändler ist.
Natürlich hast Du mit dem Titel Berechtigung Dir Zugriff zu verschaffen. Ist alles für den registrierten trader natürlich kostenpflichtig wie für jeden anderen User auch. Aber ich denke, ja, damit hast Du auch Zugriff auf Börsenhandelssysteme, die Du als nicht registrierter Retailer gar nicht erhalten kannst.

Hat man als lizenzierter Wertpapierhändler ( Registriert bei der Finra) bzgl. beim Erlangen gewisser Daten Vorteile ?
Mir kam nämlich beim lesen des Posts der Gedankenblitz, dass Keith Gill genau dies ist.

The allocation amounts are not based on the specific data from the balance sheets, but based more so on ranges
So GME may not be the 3rd largest holder out of those stocks
Will look into this though but the stock was added to the portfolio because of the announcement
