Vermutlich nicht. Der CEO hat sich in der Vergangenheit als extrem eigensinnig und verantwortunslos erwiesen. Eine Produktion ohne Finanzierung aufzubauen hat zu einer Serie von Kapitalerhöhungen mit immer stärkerer Verwässerung geführt. Der Deal mit Glencore hat nicht geklappt. Der Deal mit Chemphys ist mehr als überfällig und muss mit einem dicken Fragezeichen versehen werden. Und jetzt wurde der Kauf der Assets in Südamerika abgelehnt, die den Kurs vermutlich verdreifacht hätten. Zum CEO würde jetzt passen, dass er den erhöhten Aktienkurs kurzfristig zu einer weiteren Kapitalerhöhung nutzt. Ich werde jedenfalls Teilgewinne mitnehmen.

Ich fühle mich nicht verarscht, bin froh dass hier mal wieder etwas Leben in die Bude kommt. Und bei einem Übernahmeangebot von 300 Mio kann man ja mal ernsthaft über die Sache nachdenken 😉

The board has a complete disregard for shareholders and are only providing this update about the TO offer because they have to, thus they have hidden it in a secondary trading notice. They should have disclosed this when it happened as it's own announcement. I'll note the previous offer was disclosed only after an AFR street talk article was published."
