H2 2025 FCF was distorted by a one-off lease termination and a mechanical working capital effect from volume decline. Both are fully explained and neither repeats in 2026. The FCF improvement is already partially locked in via lease normalization alone. FCF nearly triples in 2026 vs 2025, not because operations improve dramatically, but because two one-offs that suppressed 2025 FCF simply don't repeat.

@ JW8319: Yes, my problem at the moment is simply that I no longer know to what extent I can trust the management’s statements. In the H1 2025 report, they still reported a cash flow (before lease liabilities of 51,6 Million €) of €208 million. In the second half of the year, this figure deteriorated significantly. Having generated a net loss in 2025, in my view a positive cash flow in H2 would have been really important. I would like to believe the management, but I want to see clear evidence that they are firmly moving toward cash flow generation and overall profitability in 2026.

Das Problem ist der unglaublich schwache Ausblick. Und das alles wegen des Wetters? Habe mittlerweile Zweifel an dem, was sie erzählen. Wenn ich nicht so tief drin stecken würde, würde ich hier nicht kaufen, bis die Glaubwürdigkeit zurück ist. Im Übrigen spiegelt der Kurs genau das wider: einen totalen Vertrauensverlust.
