Es gibt immer Hype's! Wenn es soweiter geht. Sehe ich den nächsten auf uns zukommen. Wasserstoff war ja schon einmal hoch im Kurs.... Kann aber gut sein! Das es bald wieder so sein wird.

Deshalb.... so toll alles klingt.... gut überlegen ob man nach so einem run wie aktuell auch mal einfach aussteigt. Es scheint dann noch genügend Möglichkeiten zum wiedereinstieg zu geben

Pffff ok. Ja gut das belastet den Kurs aktuell auch. Aber da die das bestimmt auch machen wird es keine mega Überraschung sein aber natürlich trotzdem auf den Kurs erstmal drücken wenn es soweit sein sollte

When using the authorizations, the Board determines the price and conditions for subscription, according to the Company's needs and the shares' market value at the time. The existing shareholders' preferential rights to subscribe for shares may be waived by the Board in connection with the effectuation of the authorizations. Zitat: BOARD PROXY TO ISSUE NEW SHARES At a general meeting in 2020, the Board was granted the authorization to increase the Company's share capital for general corporate purposes, and in connection with incentive schemes for employees. This authorization will expire at the conclusion of the annual general meeting. The Board considers it beneficial to continue to be able to issue shares in situations where this is considered to be in the Company's and the shareholders' best interests, including to fulfil obligations towards employees under incentive programs, and therefore asks that the general meeting grants a new authorization to issue shares. On this basis the Board proposes that the general meeting makes the following resolution: “The Board is granted the following authorizations to increase the share capital: (i) By up to NOK 9,050,000 in one or several share issuances for for general corporate purposes, including in connection with investments, mergers and acquisitions. Shares may be issued in exchange for cash settlement or contribution in the authorization gives the right to incur specific obligations on behalf of the Company, cf. section 10‐2 of the Norwegian Public Limited Companies Act. (ii) By up to NOK 520,000 for issue of shares in connection with incentive programs for employees. Shares may only be issued against cash consideration (in Norwegian kroner or other currency).

Mag sein. Aber wiegesagt, haben unsatztechnisch viel aufzuholen um die mc zu rechtfertigen. Die Frage ist nämlich ob das schon eingepreist ist bzw aktuell eingepreist wird.

8 bis 10 eur wäre ja schon auch sportlich. Da wäre die Mk fast bei 3 Milliarden. Bei einem Umsatz von unter 100 Mio muss da noch einiges kommen. Bin ein wenig hin und hergerissen. Rein rational sollte man aufpassen und eigentlichverkaufen. Was die Zahlen angeht. Allerdings gibt es halt noch den Faktor hype heutzutage der nicht unterschätzt werden darf. Da muss die EU nur einmal Wasserstoff Husten und schon steigen die Player.

Wie wird später Habecks Wasserstoff von Katar nach Deutschland transportiert…?😶‍🌫️

Ja. Die haben einfach zuviele Aktien ausgegeben..... Aber auf lange 2-3 J sehe ich schon 8-10 Euro.... Ist nur die Frage ob man solange Warten möchte. Es gibt soviele Titel mit gleichem Potenzial aber geringer Timeline.... Meine kleine Position behalte ich. Bin jetzt schon gut im Plus.... Da die hier die Zukunft gespielt wird...

Die Frage ist halt.... wir sind mit dem aktuellen Kurs inzwischen bei einer marktkapiralisierung von über 1 Milliarden. Umsatz unter 100 Millionen. Klar spielt die die Zukunftsmusik eine wichtige Rolle. Aber eigentlich ist das Teil so gesehn fast schon überbewertet. Die Frage ist wo kann der kurs mittelfristig hin? Langfristig muss der Umsatz drastisch wachsen um zur marktkapitalisierung zu passen

Also ich bin immer noch ordentlich im Minus. Hab gnadenloses Timing an den Tag gelegt und seitdem (leider) auch nicht verbilligt, weil die Position eigentlich nicht noch größer werden sollte.
