So ist es ja wohl .. Phase 1 altes Modell-alles gut... jetzt Phase 2/3 neues Modell... FDA hat Fragen... finde ich jetzt in normalen Zeiten in Ordnung.. dauert ja normalerweise 4-5 Jahre bis so ein Impfstoff zugelassen wird

Es geht wohl tatsächlich um die Injektionsmethode und nicht um den Impfstoff... das ist ja schon mal positiver zu werten🤔

Phase 1 trial and all previous INO trials used a version of the Cellectra that applied the electroporation after a standard injection. Obviously the FDA had no issue with it for P1 so if they were to continue with that method then there wouldn't be a problem. For P2/3 they will be using the needle-free jet injection version of the Cellectra which is what the DOD gave them $70m for to develop. This is the first time it will be used in a trial and this device is at the forefront of vaccine technology so obviously the FDA will have a few extra questions.
